Introduction
YepCode is an automation and integration platform that helps companies connect APIs, run workflows, and streamline operations through code. Originally an internal tool, it evolved into an independent startup as its adoption grew. My focus was to improve UX, build a scalable design system, and ensure consistency across both product and website.

The aim was to simplify workflows for technical users while preparing the product for growth. This meant reducing friction in core tasks, unifying the interface with a design system, and creating a corporate website that reflected the platform’s technical depth and identity.
Process
We started with a UX audit of key flows. From there, I defined tokens, components, and patterns in Figma to ensure scalability. In parallel, with my team, I helped built YepCode’s website in Webflow, aligning it visually with the app.
Impact
The design system reduced inconsistencies and lowered QA feedback, while improved flows gave users clearer paths to create and run automations. The website provided a professional showcase that supported YepCode’s transition from internal tool to startup, strengthening both usability and brand presence.
